    Complaints and independent dispute resolution

We welcome customer feedback by telephone or email.

At Pinnacle Energy Group, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and high-quality solar and battery installations.

If you have a complaint or concern, please contact us directly by telephone or email so that we can investigate and work towards a fair resolution.

We record complaints, investigate the circumstances and communicate our findings and proposed resolutions to customers.

For eligible installations certified under the redeveloped Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS), unresolved complaints may be escalated to MCS.

MCS manages the complaints escalation process and, where appropriate, eligible disputes can be referred to its appointed independent Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman (DRO), operating as the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman (FHIO).

The independent dispute resolution service is funded by MCS for eligible cases under the redeveloped scheme.

These MCS protections apply only to eligible installations once the necessary certification requirements have been met. Contract and installation dates must meet the applicable scheme criteria. Our assessment is pending, so these are not current Pinnacle protections and later approval does not automatically cover earlier work.

For eligible cases, ADR may follow MCS's final outcome or 12 weeks unresolved with MCS. Referral must be within 12 months of MCS's final outcome. The installer must still be trading. See the official eligibility rules.
