About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any quote you receive from Pinnacle Energy Group. Any installation is covered by the written contract we agree with you, which takes priority over this page.
Quotes
Quotes are free and without obligation. Prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and may change after a site survey if we find something that affects the design, such as roof condition, shading or electrical work needed.
Savings estimates
Calculators, savings figures and payback periods on this website are illustrations only. Real results depend on your roof, the weather, your electricity use, your tariff and future energy prices, and are not guaranteed.
Warranties
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the length of which depends on the product. Details of the warranties for your system are set out in your quote and handover pack.
Finance
Where finance is mentioned it is subject to status and provided by third-party lenders, not by us. Your home may be at risk if you fail to keep up repayments on a loan secured against it.
Cancellation
If you sign a contract at home or online, you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Details are included in your contract.
